Welcome to The Little Me Nursery Website
Little Me Nursery which opened in 2000, is located in the charming village of Foxton, 3 miles north west of Market Harborough and 16 miles south east of Leicester and within close proximity to the A6 trunk road. As a rural Nursery we have the benefits of a cleaner and quieter atmosphere than that of a Nursery situated in a town or city.
The Little Me Nursery is owned by Claire Paduano, a fully qualified Nursery Nurse (N.N.E.B, R.S.H and Norland Diploma), who has 30 years experience working with babies and children up to the age of eight. She graduated from the Norland Nursery Training College in 1989 after an intensive 2 year residential course which included working in a maternity hospital in London, placements in a school for children with special educational needs, a primary school and many other areas of early years education. Claire then spent 11 years working in London, again with children from birth to eight, before returning to Foxton, (where she grew up) in 2000 to open the Nursery with her mother.
Little Me Nursery’s Manager is Stacey Hayward, a fully qualified Early Years Teacher with 25 years experience of working with children. In 1993 Stacey gained her BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing; she then went on to complete her Bachelor of Education Degree at De Montfort University. In 2001 Stacey joined the Little Me Nursery team and in July 2010 gained Early Years Professional Status (EYPS). The Deputy manager is Rachel Payne (NVQ3) who joined the team in 2004.

We are committed to providing a high standard of childcare through our team of qualified and experienced staff. Happy children are confident learners and they are happy when they feel safe and loved. In our Nursery we employ carefully screened and qualified Nursery Nurses and assistants, who understand that the way they talk, encourage, praise and support will influence your child’s self esteem.
